Description

This text went to overdue monthly recurring donors (typically alumni). Those overdue by 30+ days are sent an automatic email, but it's generic, sent from UChicago Gift Administration, and doesn't account for bad email contact. At the 60+ day mark, we'd send this follow up text which, while it was a small pool, had a 37% response rate and 33% action/renewal rate. This was put on hold in FY24 due to data issues with new CRM. We're hoping to resume this in FY25.
