Cohorts
AGN’s cohort programs help annual giving leaders (and rising leaders) develop a network of peers. Through a series of facilitated activities, including regular meetings called Directors Forums, participants get introduced to other programs and learn how similar organizations approach their work. Attendees come away feeling connected, energized and empowered to guide their teams to success. Forums take place on a quarterly basis with one seat reserved for each AGN Member institution. Representatives have the chance to:
- Meet new colleagues from other organizations
- Share priorities, plans and progress
- Find out how others face challenges and solve problems
- Identify new ideas to help improve your efforts
- Earn CFRE credit
- And more
