Workshop Sample Submission Form

Thank you for taking part in an upcoming AGN Workshop. This event will feature interactive small group breakout sessions where we will review sample submitted by workshop participants. These examples could be work that has been successful that you want to share with others, OR efforts that need improvement and would benefit from faculty and peer feedback.
