This was a stewardship and engagement touchpoint sent to members of our Alumni Loyalty Society (alumni who made a donation in both of the last two fiscal years). This was the second touchpoint in a series of personalized videos our Alumni Loyalty Society members received throughout the year, all from the same student worker, known as their "campus connector." This specific campaign was shared with 169 donors, had a 68.6% open rate and a 14.2% click rate, and received 12 positive responses from recipients.
