Description

For Giving Day 2024, we created a strategic plan to personally thank as many donors as we could via ThankView on the day of. These ThankViews were being sent to alumni, students, faculty/staff, parents and friends-- anyone who gave on Giving Day. The strategy involved creating a plan to train our student volunteers, building ThankView campaigns in advance, segmenting audiences for personalized messaging and more. The results were amazing!
