My team used this as the last mailer for the 2023-24 academic year. My vision was to create a fun and engaging mailer highlighting our students' wins from the year while incorporating an emotional component of a student quote from the leaving student council president and vice president. Our audience was current families, board members, former board members, alumni from the last 30 years, faculty, and staff. This mailer was our final end-of-the-year appeal to reengage alumni to harken back to their time on our Harvey Hilltop while making our current parents, guardians, and community proud of our talented students' accomplishments. The visuals are playing off of our new brand partnership with the artist Julia Gasch. We are the only independent school in the area to work with her and used this as a teaser to have our community recognize this whimsical and engaging aesthetic. After a year of multiple letter appeals, emails, and phone calls, the aim was to send a mailer that was quick to digest and visually appealing. I am incredibly proud of my team's work to rebrand and hone our Harvey Fund campaign's tone and brand identity!
