| Description | We have a "Class Letter Appeal" signed by class volunteers that we mail in the fall and the spring. We offer a template for signers to use as-is or to edit. In this template, based on your class year or Reunion status, we have a P.S. line specific to your group. For Non-Reunion younger classes, we used the "Recurring Gift" plug as the P.S. line. This example is for the Class of 2010. Each year, we mail around 70 different versions of this appeal twice a year. Many classes do keep our giving-related P.S. lines. Typically, other than Recurring Giving, we mention making a pledge (Reunion classes) or making a gift of stock (mid-year classes). |
