This was our holiday campaign from last year. Overall, the campaign was very successful in both acquisition and retention performance helping us bring a strong end to the calendar year. This campaign was sent to all donor segments and focused on the retention of donors, 2nd ask, and engagement/acquisition of recent alumni (graduates of the last decade GOLD).
