We wanted to augment our four appeals with a Happy Anniversary Mailing. We sent a personal letter on the 1st of the month when the donor made his/her gift last fiscal year and sent a follow-up email on the 15th of that month. We have seen an improvement in our donor retention rates that we will measure once the fiscal year closes.
