This is our annual stewardship postcard and video. We send the postcard to non-emailable donors only. One enhancement we added this year was language on the video landing page about how to update your contact information because we do not have a valid email address for those who received the postcard. We mailed 6,771 postcards and 18,462 emails. Our email open rate was 51% with a 23% click rate. The video accompanying this initiative is the most viewed video our team has ever produced with 2,454 views.
