Description

To increase retention of last year's Giving Day donors, we developed a series of 4 "general" stewardship emails. (General because it was sent to all Giving Day donors, regardless of gift designation.) But each highlighted a specific fund and explained the impact of Giving Day on that fund. Our Giving Day is November/December, so this series included touches in January, April, July, and October
