This was our Bulldog Club Summer Mailer, a direct mail piece of our athletics brochure which was sent out in August. It went to anyone who has given to athletics in the past five years, as well as parents of incoming freshmen. We also took an approach to send an email version to all athlete alumni and those who historically have made their gift online to cut costs of a print piece. We wanted to highlight all of our student-athlete achievements while also showcasing Bulldog Club benefits, a student-athlete testimony, and a Q&A with our Head of the Bulldog Club.
