All 5 members of our Leadership Annual Giving team planned a blitz to a specific geographical area in the US to meet with alumni prospects and leading up to our initial email outreach we sent a 'save the date' postcard to announce our arrival and desire to meet. Our follow up messaging referenced the postcard, which was positively received, and increased the number of replies from alumni agreeing to meet with us.
