This was a faculty/staff match offer to increase participation from this audience for FY'23 All In for Whitman in October is 2023. The match was hosted by our Associate VP of Development offering $1:$1 up to $1,000. It was completed early on in the giving campaign. We currently do not have a staff person on point for faculty/staff giving and the strategic work has not been a priority since pre-Covid and a Financial Review when staff and faculty experienced reduced salaries and it was a difficult time. Now, we are hopeful to rebuild strategic communication, asks and stewardship around this important group of donors. We had 28% participation in 2020.
