At the beginning of each school year, our school solicits faculty and staff during our All-School Meeting where we give a presentation on what our goals are for the year, what plans we have for the school year, and our expectations. During this meeting we discuss why we give and how it benefits us all. After our meeting, this short reminder email is sent to each division (upper, middle and lower school) as we try to aim for 100% faculty and staff giving at any capacity.
