This multichannel appeal went to our undergraduate alumni identified as mid-level leadership prospects based on their history supporting our annual funds in the last 3 years, seeking to renew or upgrade them to the leadership level ($10k-1k). The design expands on the recent rebuild/ relaunch of The Hopkins Funds’ website to announce the creation of mid-level leadership giving circles, which was developed in partnership with Mission Media. We took advantage of dynamic printing to create a personalized invitation that supplements the work of The Hopkins Fund leadership gift officers’ outreach. The mailing has performed well to date (2% response rate at 30 days out). We are incorporating the language and levels into our subsequent direct response asks for the fall semester.
