In March 2023, our student engagement officers reached out to alumni who graduated in December 2022 to congratulate them, keep them engaged as alumni and inquire about their next steps after graduation. There was no solicitation involved in these calls and texts. This campaign was unique because we were checking in with our new graduates three months after graduation to connect with them, update their employment information and educate them on the resources that they have available to them as alumni, such as access to assistance from the Career Exploration and Development Center. This campaign was one of our best performing campaigns in terms of responses and the quality of conversations.
