Wayne Loyal is our consecutive givers program that recognizes and honors all donors who have given consecutively for three or more years. The attached materials include samples from our most recent campaign, including direct mail, email and a cadence of five touchpoints from from our in-house Digital Philanthropy Center. Dynamic content was used to create a personalized experience for each donor. There were three different segments based on each donor's giving status with the goal of retaining current Wayne Loyal donors, acquiring new Wayne Loyal donors from a prospect population, and asking active Wayne Loyal donors to consider a second gift. This campaign uses a digital-first, omni-channel approach, including stewardship touchpoints from our Digital Philanthropy Center, followed by direct mail and email, and ending with a series of calls from the the Center.
