We've obviously done postcards before, but this one introduces a new giving challenge we're doing this year called #OneWeekForXavier. We've done giving challenges in the past but have never before done this type of designation-focused challenge before and we're hoping it goes well (in early June). We're aiming mostly at lapsed and never givers (but are happy to have everyone) so a low-cost postcard solicitation will hopefully work best, along with peer-to-peer fundraising and having volunteers spread the word. Getting volunteers and peers on board is definitely the hardest part.
