Newcomer Training Program

AGN’s Newcomer Training Program is designed to help members onboard new staff and teach the core concepts of annual giving and educational fundraising. Whether you’re starting your first job, changing careers, or switching roles within your organization, this self-paced online course takes up to 12 hours to complete and will provide a foundation for future success and development. It includes lessons, assignments, and a certificate to verify that candidates have a firm grasp of fundamental annual giving strategies and how to apply them at their institution.
