We invite you to become a pivotal part of our team as the Development Coordinator for Individual Giving, University Programs.

In this role, you will serve as the integral part within PAE’s Individual Giving, University Programs department, reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Individual Giving, University Programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support for the AVC and University Programs leadership team.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the creation and generation of reports.
  • Manage the department budget and handle expense reports.
  • Coordinate arrangements for conference travel.
  • Enter and edit information in the SalesForce/Affinaquest database.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the University Programs team and the CFO.
  • Partner with the CFO on tasks such as entering invoices into the Panther Express (PEX) system and monitoring payments to vendors.
  • Provide detailed information around internal transfers.
  • Work with external vendors to set up new contracts, ensure successful completion, and ensure on-time payments.

Job Summary

Supports senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic or administrative departments.

Essential Functions

  • The individual must have advanced computer skills to navigate multiple scheduling, email, and financial systems.
  • The individual must have superior oral and written communication skills to assist in coordination of special projects.
  • The individual must have organizational skills to balance multiple projects at once.

Physical Effort

  • Light – Little physical effort required.
  • Duties are primarily sedentary.
  • May be required to move objects up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Minimum Education Level Required: Associate’s Degree

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Work Arrangement: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Hiring Range: $40,000-$45,000 Annually
