Workshop: New Donor Acquisition

January 9, 2025 11:30am-4:00pm ET

Overview

Acquiring a donor for the first time can often be difficult and expensive. But that doesn’t mean you should give up those who haven’t supported you in the past. In fact, converting non-donors into donors is one of the most important functions an annual giving program can perform. Finding new and creative ways to acquire donors not only helps to diversify and rejuvenate the donor pool, but it helps to strengthen the pipeline of future philanthropic support.

Join us on Thursday, January 9th, for an interactive online workshop that will provide you and your colleagues with a framework for how to develop effective new donor acquisition strategies for your annual fund.

Participants will have an opportunity to:

  • Discover the latest trends and best practices in donor acquisition
  • Meet and get to know colleagues from other institutions
  • Find out how other organizations approach their work
  • View and discuss real examples, issues, and ideas
  • Examine your own efforts and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Obtain tools, templates, and other materials
  • Earn CFRE credit
  • And more!

This event is ideal for advancement professionals at educational institutions who wish to learn more about donor acquisition.

  • Save $100 when you register by Friday, December 6th
  • AGN Members save an additional 20%
  • Receive further discounts when registering multiple attendees from one institution
