Newcomer Training Program – Application

AGN’s Newcomer Training Program is designed to help members onboard new staff and teach the core concepts of annual giving and educational fundraising. Whether you’re starting your first job, changing careers, or switching roles within your organization, this self-paced online course takes up to 12 hours to complete and will provide a foundation for future success and development. The registration fee is $1,995, however, the program is currently available for FREE to AGN Members.

To apply to the program, candidates should complete the form below. They will be asked to include the name of a sponsor, which should be their direct supervisor or other senior staff. When the application has been approved, the candidate and sponsor will receive an email with information regarding next steps.
