Santa Fe Christian Schools is seeking a dynamic, experienced Director of Principal Giving to join our growing Development team. 

As the Director of Principal Giving, you will secure financial support from major donors to advance Santa Fe Christian Schools’ mission and goals. In partnership with the Director of Advancement Operations and the Head of Schools, you will cultivate and steward relationships with high-net-worth individuals to secure significant philanthropic contributions and help create strategies for developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising campaigns.

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience cultivating major donors within a nonprofit setting
• Proven track record of securing five-figure+ gifts
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven aptitude for forging strong relationships with major donors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidently 
• Strong computer skills: Google Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and donor databases (e.g., Blackbaud, Salesforce, Raisers Edge, etc.)

Salary Range:$90,000.00 To 150,000.00 Annually
