As part of division-wide efforts to clean up their data, a print postcard was mailed in the spring to alumni whose record contained a good address but lacked a good email or phone number. The piece reminded alumni that the only way to receive information about alumni events and news is to make sure their contact information is up to date. It included a QR code, which people could scan and be taken to an online form to submit updates, and T-shirts were given away as an incentive for people to respond. The mailing was a huge success and resulted in over 2,900 record updates. Go Osprey!
