Reporting to the Director of Reunion Programs, the Reunion Programs Coordinator will work with reunion volunteers and key university stakeholders to achieve the attendance goals and support the giving participation goals of Reunion Programs.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Program Coordinator will identify, cultivate and manage volunteers, including those from affinity groups and anniversary class cohorts, to support reunion program objectives
• Provide administrative, programmatic and alumni-focused support for Reunion Programs. This includes collaborating with the Office of Special Events and key university stakeholders to support the promotion, planning and execution of Homecoming and Alumni Weekend programs that elevate university priorities
• This position may support other advancement and university events and constituency-based reunions on occasion
